Location: 25 minutes outside Pretoria
Focus: Hands-on gardening & farming experience
Purpose: Grow food to support local communities
After a fulfilling day on the farm, unwind by the pool, connect with fellow volunteers, or explore nearby attractions.
Volunteer Tasks
- Preparing soil and planting vegetable seedlings
- Watering, weeding, and maintaining garden beds
- Harvesting seasonal vegetables
- Assisting with composting and recycling organic waste
- Helping with daily upkeep of volunteer areas and equipment
- Occasionally supporting community outreach and food distribution projects
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Fit, healthy, and ready for outdoor work
- Basic English communication
- No prior experience needed — just a positive attitude!
Health & Safety
- Tetanus and Hepatitis B vaccinations recommended
- Malaria tablets only needed if visiting Kruger National Park

Cost
€180 per week per person ( Minimum stay: 1 week ) — includes:

Not included: Flights, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, tours, and personal spending money.
Fees are payable via bank transfer at least two weeks before arrival.
